Valentine's Party!

Brielle had a fabulous Valentine's Day party with all of her baby friends.  Good food, games, books, and a photo booth made for a fab finish!

Froyo and Christmas

We went on a date to the new froyo store in Baytown with our friends the Broadbents, and Brielle had a fabulous Christmas with her new toys and clothes.  Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures of Brielle over Christmas in Ohio.  We'll have to be better this year.

A Year in Review

 

Brielle, the last year with you has been the hardest and most amazing.   I learned a lot about myself, becoming a mother, and you.  I've learned more about my shortcomings and how to strengthen myself as a person and for you.  All the while you've learned to roll, sit up, crawl, walk, and say a few words.  You went from solid milk to solid foods.  You've amazed us with your quick wit and early motor skills.  Your smiles have filled our hearts with joy, your pain has brought us the deepest sorrow.  I've laughed and cried with you, for you, and for myself.  I would not take anything back for I have gained so much having you in my life.  I am grateful every day for your sweet spirit and spunk for life.  You are always the adventurer and quite the comedian.  Your Daddy and I love you so much and celebrate the last year with you.  Happy birthday my precious baby girl!  I look forward to many more birthdays with you and memories that we will share on this journey.
